At the intersection of these four elements, Project Ignite became a unifying internal brand rather than a short-term campaign.








Solution
1. Strategy
We established a clear brand direction by aligning leadership intent with employee expectations. The initiative was positioned as a long-term movement, not a one-off activation, with a unified narrative and tone that could scale globally.
2. Design
A flexible visual identity system was created, anchored by a dynamic logo. The design language balanced energy with clarity, enabling consistency across print, digital, and physical environments while remaining culturally adaptable.
3. Development
We built a modular brand system with repeatable templates and clear usage rules. This allowed teams to create and deploy assets efficiently without diluting brand integrity.
4. Implementation
The brand was activated across key touchpoints including internal communications, events, ATOM Magazine features (Vol. 4 & 5), and merchandise such as T-shirts, mugs, badges, and certificates bringing the brand into everyday employee experiences.
5. Optimization
Design workflows were streamlined to reduce turnaround time and improve adoption. Continuous refinement ensured clarity, consistency, and sustained engagement over the two-year lifecycle.
